As is now standard for “first issues” of series published by Marvel, both in universe and not, Skottie Young has provided one of his famed Baby Variant Covers for Secret Wars #1.  This massive, “universe shattering” event is smashing together the main Marvel universe and the Ultimate universe, and the Baby Variant Cover reflects the event’s scope by presenting a child-like Dr. Doom playing with different Marvel characters as if they were action figures.  This is going to prove to be an incredibly popular variant cover, and these Skottie Young covers are continuing to be one of the most collectible releases from Marvel.
