Finally, we are getting the absolute first footage for the Preacher television show.  It is, strangely enough, in a trailer for the trailer(so to speak), that is showing tiny snippets of footage in anticipation of the regular first trailer airing during the November 1st episode of AMC’s Walking Dead.  The trailer we see here show’s Jesse Custer in his church, plus flashes of footage from what appears to be action sequences, driving along the highway, his cousins, and other things familiar to fans of the Preacher comic.  Though there is barely anything here, it certainly is enough to start getting us more and more excited to see something more tangible.  The trailer ends with the information about when the first real trailer will air.
